Integrations
Integrations that close the loop
Payroll tax computation, screening, onboarding, time capture, benefits, pay cards, tax filing, and accounting — wired into the same records rather than exported to and reconciled later.
Payroll and getting money to workers
The engine that computes withholding, and the card programs that put wages in a worker’s hand the same day. Where several partners do the same job, you use whichever you are already contracted with.
Withholding is computed through the Symmetry tax engine, so federal, state, and local calculations track rate and rule changes across every jurisdiction you staff in. Nobody on your team maintains tax tables by hand.
Works with: Payroll
Disburse child support withholdings electronically from the payroll run that created them, instead of cutting and tracking separate checks.
Works with: Payroll
A staffing-focused pay card program. Card details live on the personnel record, so loading a card is part of the payroll batch rather than a separate errand afterwards.
Works with: Daily pay
Pay card disbursement for workers with no bank account — the majority of the field workforce in day labor and light industrial staffing.
Works with: Daily pay
Card-based wage delivery with a worker-facing app, for agencies whose people expect to see their money arrive on a phone.
Works with: Daily pay
Another supported card program, for agencies already running Wisely or moving onto it from a legacy paper cheque process.

Tax filing and reporting
Year-end and quarterly filings built from your own payroll history rather than from a re-keyed summary. Most agencies use one of these; a few use more than one because different filings sit with different providers.
Automates the filing of federal, state, and local tax forms and the payments that go with them. The one to look at if you cross a lot of state lines and the deposit calendar has become a job in itself.
Works with: Compliance and tax filing
Export W-2, 1099, and 1095 data straight from your own payroll records and file federal, state, and recipient copies without rebuilding the figures in another system.
Works with: Compliance and tax filing
W-2, 1095, and 1099 filing from data already resident in Staffing Complete, for agencies standardised on Greenshades.
Works with: Compliance and tax filing
W-2, 1095, and 1099 filing with recipient-ready form generation, drawn from the same payroll history that produced the paychecks.
Works with: Compliance and tax filing
Generates federal employment tax forms — 940 and 941 — from your quarterly and annual payroll totals.
Works with: Compliance and tax filing
An alternative route for federal 940 and 941 generation, for agencies whose accountant already files through TaxBandits.

Hiring, screening and onboarding
Everything between an application and a cleared worker who can legally start on Monday — ordered from inside the personnel record so nobody re-types a name and date of birth into a second portal.
Order background checks on a candidate from inside Staffing Complete — manually or automatically as part of onboarding — and get results back on the personnel record without re-keying anything.
Works with: Applicant tracking
Applicants flow into the system automatically. Able collects and validates data, generates forms, handles SSN verification, and supports bulk review and updates.
Works with: Applicant tracking
Verify Social Security numbers directly against the Social Security Administration, so a mismatch surfaces at onboarding rather than in a year-end W-2 rejection.
Works with: Applicant tracking
Tax credit screening and The Work Number for employment and income verification. The credit side matters in staffing, where high hiring volume is exactly what makes screening worth automating.
Works with: Applicant tracking
Time, benefits and accounting
The systems either side of payroll: hours coming in, benefits sitting on the employee record, and the ledger going out to your accountant.
Employees flow from Staffing Complete into Timerack automatically, punch in and out there, and their time comes back for payroll and billing as a single import.
Works with: Time and attendance
Employee benefits administration, with plan and rate information applied against the personnel record so a rate change is not a manual pass through every affected employee.
Works with: Applicant tracking
Export journal entries from Staffing Complete into QuickBooks so your accountant works in the tool they already know while the operational detail stays here.
Works with: Back office
Why several partners do the same job
You will have noticed that three of these file W-2s, two file 940s and 941s, and four run pay card programs. That is not indecision. Agencies do not arrive as blank slates — you already have a filing provider your accountant trusts and a card program your bank set up, and switching either one to suit a software purchase is a bad trade.
So the useful question is not “which one do you support” but “do you support mine.” If the answer is no, tell us; the list has grown because clients asked.
What an integration means here
A long marketplace page looks impressive and tells you almost nothing, because most entries turn out to be a one-way file export somebody built once. The ones on this page are the ones staffing agencies actually run on every week, and several move data in both directions.
Timerack is the clearest example. Employees flow out of the personnel record into Timerack automatically, so you are not maintaining a roster twice, and their punches flow back for payroll and billing. That is a different thing from a nightly CSV.
Symmetry sits further in still — it is not a file exchange at all but the engine computing withholding inside every payroll run, which is why multi-state tax is an ordinary feature here rather than a project.
If you are a vendor serving the staffing industry and think there is a workflow worth connecting, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
